Important Policies

 Please note the following policies when booking with Bells & Spikes Pet Sitting Services:

• All services require a FULL DAY notice of cancellation. If you cancel your services within this window, you will be charged 50% of the services requested. (For example, if your services are on Tuesday, and you cancel on Monday, you will be charged.) 
• Booking services for more than 2 consecutive days require 25% deposit.
• Balance payment is due no later than 24 hours after services are completed.
• If there is an emergency, we will work with you as best as we can, on a case-by-case basis. 
• All Norfolk & Chesapeake Clients willl be charged a fee of $5 as a locality fee. We are based out of Va. Beach. 
• All clients with multiple visits are required to pay a 25% Deposit due the day before services begin, or your services will be canceled, and include a credit card ON FILE.  (For example, if you have a string of services [regardless of what kind] for multiple days [M,T,W,T,F, etc], you are required to pay a deposit.)
• Deposits are to be made with credit card on file via client portal and balance can be paid in any other listed payment option
• ALL CLIENTS: Your quotes and invoices are available on your client portal AT ALL TIMES. It is your responsibility to view your invoicing/quotes and ask questions before services begin. Prices will not be reduced if you fail to review your invoices, and associated fees upon completion of services.
